Call forwarding and service providers
If every one of our technicians is booked or cannot respond in time, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you can still get help. In that case, the information needed to handle your request may be shared with that provider. We also use service providers, such as phone, email and web hosting services, who process information on our behalf.

We keep service records for as long as needed to provide service, meet warranty and legal obligations, and keep accurate business records.
