Using this website
This website provides general information about our heating and cooling services. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, and nothing on it is a quote or a guarantee of a specific result.
Telephone contact and consent
By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text at the number you called from about your service request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping purposes where permitted by law. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
Call handling and forwarding
BDM Mechanical technicians handle our service calls. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you can still get help quickly. Any work performed by another provider is between you and that provider, including its pricing, scheduling and terms. We will tell you before a call is forwarded.
Estimates and pricing
Cost ranges on this website come from published sources and are for planning only. Your price depends on your equipment, your home and the work required, and is provided in writing before work starts.
Rebates and incentives
Information about rebates and incentives reflects programs as published at the time of writing. Programs change, and eligibility is determined by the program administrator, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its general information.
